The Pentagon Briefing: Homeland Defense
A special briefing from senior Army officials. This session will incude three components:
- A briefing on the Global War on Terror
- A briefing on "reset", the Army’ s effort to take the equipment used in the current combat operations that has been worn from environmental factors, combat, and limited maintenance facilities and restoring it to a fully mission capable status; as well as the Army’s near term investment plans for equipment replacement and research & development.
- A tour of the National Military Command Center
